Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from thewobbleworkshop.com, operated by Myra International LLC.

Return eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products when the return is requested within 7 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be new, unused, and returned in its original condition with proof of purchase.

How to request a return or exchange

1. Email create@thewobbleworkshop.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, the item being returned, and the reason for the request. Include photographs if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
2. Wait for return authorization and mailing instructions before sending the item.
3. Mail the authorized return to: Myra International LLC, 122 Holly St, Port Reading, NJ 07064, United States.

Returns are accepted by mail. The customer is responsible for purchasing and paying for the return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible returns. Exchange availability depends on current stock and, where applicable, confirmation of personalization details.

Fees and refunds

• Restocking fee: None.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Standard items may be cancellable before production or fulfillment begins. Personalized and custom items may not be cancellable once proofing, slicing, printing, or material preparation has started.
