Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund handling depends on whether the item is standard, personalized, custom, or already in production.

Cancellations

Standard items may be cancellable before production or fulfillment begins. Personalized and custom items may not be cancellable once proofing, slicing, printing, or material preparation has started.

Refunds and replacements

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details, contact the store with photos and the order number so a replacement, correction, or refund review can be started.

Custom work

Custom text, names, colors, dimensions, and customer-supplied design details are produced from the information provided. Customer input errors may require a paid reprint.
